Effective Team Dynamics initiative (ETD) delivers on the vision that Georgia Tech will be a community where everyone's unique contributions are recognized. ETD cultivates a supportive, productive, and harmonious learning community grounded in strengths-based collaboration. This initiative works with undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty and staff and aims to reshape team experiences in a positive way. This initiative is designed to be an interactive way to develop interdependent teams that use everyone's unique skillset to create functional and effective teams. Through facilitation of workshops as well as other team building materials created by the ETD team, we have benefited over 6500 undergraduate and graduate students as well as 1600 post doctorates, faculty and staff just within the past five years.
