Efficient Fitness specialises in Coaching Busy CEO's, Founders & Business-Owners to drop 11-23 + KG (24-50+LBS) In 24 weeks or less. Together we achieve this result by naturally ramping up your metabolism using the Efficient Fitness Protocols (EFP). The EFP is the framework and principles to design, build and hold you accountable to your personalised strategy. A key part of getting your body back in fit shape and maintaining long term is taking our 'Minimum-Effective-Dose' approach (M-E-D). So that your only doing the 'least' amount of tasks that are the most important to deliver the physical results (e.g. 0.5-1kg drop per week). We achieve this without doing any restricted short-term diets or meal plans. That means you can still enjoy real food, like pasta, bread, potato's, wine and the odd ice-cream. You are NOT required to workout/exercise every single day. Unless you want to be a gym junkie or Athlete, you don't need to sacrifice all your spare time just to get fit and burn some body-fat. What ties everything together is knowing you are held accountable by a coach, who is checking in with you each week, review your data, educate and coach you through the tough days and weeks when you feel like you're stuck. We will a set bunch of critical data that will act like a GPS guiding us forward in the project... and I am like your 'Project Manager'. The coaching is 1-1 in nature so spaces are limited due to level of attention and connection throughout the duration.
