We are a Healthy Meal Delivery Service, Caterer, Food Truck and Café located at 1921 South Avenue, Rochester, NY. EH was founded in 2013 by Shaina Sidoti and is a woman-owned and family-operated business. Meal Delivery Service: We deliver twice a week so you don't have to cook or grocery shop. Order for just lunches, or a full weight loss program, we have something for everyone! Most of our meals are gluten-free and we also offer a lot of dairy-free meals. Café: We are open at 1921 South Ave. Monday-Friday and offer our Healthy Trash Plate, wraps and salads. Catering: We cater any event, specializing in corporate lunches. Try our boxed lunches, wrap trays, salads, or have a Healthy Trash Plate buffet at your work! Food Truck: Our food truck's name is Lola and she travels everywhere! Invite us to your company for a corporate luncheon, health and wellness fair, or just because!
