This great tradition which lays emphasis on good health and hygiene was the primary intent to prepare ‘Food for the Body and Soul'.The legacy starts with renowned pioneers K. Krishna Rao (of the famed Woodlands) and K. Seetharama Rao (of the Aristocratic Dasaprakash Hotel) who ushered the flavourful heritage of Udupi cuisine to the world in the 1920s.
