EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The co-founders of EHR Evolution, Vandana Toteja and Marcela Maamari, possess over two decades of dynamic experience in the growing field of healthcare informatics. They specialize in implementing EHRs in a community based model and are at the forefront of the EHR movement with their expertise, experience and industry knowledge. Vandana and Marcela have been instrumental in the change in culture and preparedness for adaptation of the Meaningful Use, Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), and Group Practice Reporting Option (GPRO) requirements. With extensive knowledge of the Allscripts Enterprise EHR and GE Centricity Business database and architecture, and expertise in SQL and Caché programming, they have been able to provide optimization consultancy and extensive repository of reporting solutions. The EHR Evolution team consists of Physicians, Registered Nurses, SQL DBAs, Implementation Consultants, Application Optimization Consultants, Project Managers and Trainers.
