EHT Enterprises is pleased to present our company's qualifications for various types of work to the local Hospitals. EHT Enterprises was established in 1998 by AnnaLee Todd as a minority, woman-owned business. Since inception, we have been recognized for continually producing high-quality projects. EHT Enterprises entered the SBA's 8(a) program in August 2001 and successfully graduated in 2010. We expanded our Design/Build and IDIQ(Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) expertise throughout WA and the Pacific Northwest. We have continued to focus on general construction at federal facilities and have successfully performed hundreds of projects for various federal clients during the past 13 years. This relevant experience qualifies us to perform in the role of Prime Contractor on multiple properties.EHT Enterprises has successfully performed on multiple Design/Bid/Build and seven multi-year IDIQ and IDIQ-type contracts across multiple military installations throughout the Pacific Northwest, which we have highlighted on the following pages. Each of these contracts require simultaneous performance of multi-discipline construction task orders (TOs) at various geographically dispersed locations. As a result of our successes on these similar contracts, we have developed the knowledge and expertise required to effectively perform multiple contracts simultaneously
