The training has been designed to open up discussions and provide the learner with opportunities to practice and consider the key elements learnt during each training session. PowerPoint is used as a learning aid to reinforce key learning elements. The sessions are interactive and relevant to all participants and focus on empowering the individual as a business owner, manager, member of staff and as part of a team working towards a common goal.Conflict Resolution: inter-personal conflict stems from poor, inappropriate communication between all parties involved. this results in a volatile mix of actions and reactions including: anger, frustration, feeling of isolation, helplessness, entrenched 'I am right' positions which may lead to conflict.Offering a comprehensive service to facilitate the reduction of conflict, resolving conflict and training managers to recognise and address conflict; improving communication in the workplace leading to motivated, productive & communicating teams.
