I'm Laurent Placé and I'm the CEO of Ekistack.I started to develop my idea ten years ago.Let me tell you how I set up my company. One day, when I was working on a stage scaffold, an insurance company inspector asked me to check the resistance of the pads. After consulting a scaffold syndicate and finding that there are no regulations for pads, I decided to create a robust resistant pad.So workers safety can be guaranteed. Now let me present my padsWe sell three lines of pads:1. Industry pads2. fire proof Industry pads3. "Eco-pads"For hard ground, we use "Industry" pads, because the ground is resistant. For other types of grounds we use "Eco-pads" because there is a metallic structure inserted in the "Eco-pads" which assures the even distribution of the weight. It's not necessary to use nails with my pads because there are sockets to position the base plate in the center of the pad.We use recycled materials to make our pads in France. The pads are manufactured by employees with a disability and are used in two key fields: construction and entertainment. The technical features of these pads are described in the product specifications sheets. The "Eco-pads" are 1.31 x 0.85 x 0.13 feet in size and the Industry pads are 0.85 x 0.85 x 0.06 feet in size.An Eco-pad weighs 13.22 pounds whereas an Industry pad weighs 3.30 pounds. The pads can stand high-pressure cleaners up to 200 bars at 176°F.We offer a 3 year guaranty on parts.Pads need to be checked for flaws once a year. The lifespan of the pads isn't determined yet. But if no problems are found, the pads can be used for several years. There's a code on each pad for traceability.- The year and the month of manufacturing- A specific color chip for each year. The work load limit is also indicated on each pad. It's possible to integrate the logo of your company during the manufacturing process.
