The office was established in 1981, the main areas of our legal practice, included; Civil & commercial litigation, and related legal advice. In the last few years, we have nearly constrained our practice to protection of Intellectual Property (Trademarks, Patents & Industrial Designs), drafting of commercial contracts and legal advice in this respect, as well as registration of companies. Recently registration of Domain Names has become one of the services we offer to our clients, particularly foreign companies & firm who are interested in using a domain name with the extensions [.com.iq, and/or .iq]Dr. Ekram AlHaq and Adv. Ameen Baker, are the owners & the directors of the Office, with a staff of 15 personnel. The office staff includes a number of highly qualified Engineers, graduates of Science, business administration & translation colleges, who have gained excellent experience in the field of intellectual property protection over the years of working in the office.
