Total value of completed works is more than 1 Billion $.Energy: A Group company, Prestij Enerji Üretim A.Ş., holds the license to build and operate a 25.4 MW Hydropower Plant for 49 years. The construction of the dam and power plant had commenced in 2009 and the facility was fully operational in March 2013. Tourism:EKSEN holds the concession rights for 49 years to develop a coastal zone with an area of 165 decares, is situated in Bafra Tourism Zone in Northern Cyprus -expected to be one of the most popular destinations of the region. Noah's Ark Deluxe Hotel and Casino stands out as one of the best theme hotels of the Mediterranean with its unique architecture. The total capacity surpasses 1300 beds with 608 rooms.
