EKV Design is an award winning, architecturally led multi-disciplinary consultancy. Established in 2006, we provide a diverse range of professional technical services to the construction industry, including Architectural Design, Building Surveying, Project & Facilities Management and CDM2015 Consultancy. Our enthusiastic and dynamic team of professionally qualified staff, based in our offices on Pride Park, Derby, work closely with clients across both the public and private sectors, in areas ranging from retail and residential to commercial, and education. They are invaluably assisted by our administrative staff, as we work to provide bespoke solutions to all buildings and accommodation issues, delivered in an expedient and efficient manner. Our business philosophy is to build long-term lasting relationships with loyal clients, providing us with repeat business and them with a superior level of service and efficiency. Our response to each commission is bespoke; specifically tailored to the client, ensuring that their aims, in terms of quality, programme and budget are not only met, but exceeded. Since early 2010, EKV has continued to expand and innovate with the development of our VESTA Property Services (VPS) brand, in addition to collaborating with higher education establishments (the Universities of Derby, Lincoln, De Montfort, and Loughborough) and commercial partners on research and development projects which keep us at the forefront of industry thinking.
