EL Maritime is engaged in the business of Marine activities — technical and commercial, for both marine fleet and offshore vessels chartering, operations, ship management and brokering.On the technical front, we help ship owners who are building new ships in China and supervising the ship building process to ensure that the shipyard constructs the vessels according to contractual quality standards.On the commercial front, we broker deals ranging from sale and purchase of various shipping vessels including sourcing for the best yards to build new ships of certain specifications at the best prices, to sourcing for chartering contracts for shipping companies to ensure their vessels find employment.We are currently concentrating on the offshore (oil and gas) sector - at present providing ship building supervision to Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) in China and we are in process of negotiating the charters of various PSVs being built with completion dates in 2014/2015.
