Filiale de Belfius Assurances, Elantis est une société de crédits spécialisée en crédit hypothécaire et crédit à la consommation. Elle distribue ses produits via un réseau national de plus de 500 courtiers indépendants, complétant ainsi le modèle de distribution du groupe. Spécialisée en crédit, Elantis propose une large gamme de solutions en prêt à tempérament (prêt personnel, prêt véhicules, prêt rénovation...) et en crédit hypothécaire (achat, rénovation, construction, buy to let, achat à l’étranger...) Grâce à sa dynamique, son expertise technique et opérationnelle reconnue, Elantis se positionne comme le partenaire de référence. Fin 2016, le modèle de distribution pour le crédit à la consommation a été élargi en lançant la plateforme en ligne Elantis-Direct. Elantis a réalisé 13.000 nouveaux contrats en 2017 et gère actuellement un encours de 3,3 milliards € en crédit hypothécaire et en crédit à la consommation. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Filiaal van Belfius Insurance, Elantis is een onderneming gespecialiseerd in hypothecaire leningen en consumentenkredieten. Ze verkopen producten via een nationaal netwerk van meer dan 500 onafhankelijke makelaars en vervolledigen op deze wijze het distributiemodel van de groep Belfius. Als specialist in kredieten beschikt Elantis over een breed aanbod aan leningen op afbetaling (persoonlijke lening, autolening, renovatielening …) en hypothecaire kredieten (aankoop, renovatie, constructie, buy to let, aankoop in het buitenland …). Dankzij haar enthousiasme en haar erkende technische en operationele expertise, stelt Elantis zich op als de referentiepartner. Einde 2016 werd het distributiemodel voor consumentenkredieten nog uitgebreid via de website Elantis-Direct. In 2017 werden er 13.000 nieuwe contracten afgesloten bij Elantis. Ze beheren een kredietomloop van 3,3 miljard € aan hypothecaire leningen en consumentenkredieten.
