In fact, they're the only place we deliver care.It all started with a simple first question..., "How will I want to be cared for when I have to move out of my home because I need assistance?"Then it went to a simple second question...,"Why isn't there a high-quality practice to take care of our loved ones for Dentistry, Optometry and Podiatry?" That started our practice on a mission. After all, we all know that better health care leads to better quality of life. And what's more important for our loved ones? Exactly! So, a star was born when we formed Elder Health Group. Using our combined clinical experience of over 70 years in Assisted and Long-term care facilities we created a group of professionals that have one goal in mind- to improve the lives of residents and to make life easier on all the staff. And we've done just that! From simplified paperwork, to dedicated account executives, experienced treatment coordinators and really nice and qualified doctors, we've created a healthcare group that is second to none.
