eLearningNow is committed to your success! When introducing new systems, the best technology solution won't save you, if you're not also focused on the Change Management (including proactive communication and anticipating the training needs or support of end-user). As an eLearning developer, I get great satisfaction in contributing to the overall success of new web application introductions. eLearningNow is focused on the end-user and specifically task-specific software simulations which are portable and have the ability to support innumerable web users during the introduction of new web applications and reduce the volume of calls to helpdesk call centers or other support personnel. The focus is to improve the end-users' day one experience. My unique experience: Much of my change management experience has been at Oracle Corporation has involved partnering with stakeholders, coordinating cross-team efforts, developing communication plans and training materials, as well as providing end-user support. All of these have necessitated keeping the end-user in mind. For our implementations, this often involved a rollout to as many as 50,000 global users. In almost all cases, our internal end-users were scattered about the globe, remote to most support staff. This always necessitated detailed transition planning, proactive communication, and anticipating the user training and production support needs. With over 20 years in the software industry and the introduction of new applications, I am taking my recognized strengths in transition planning, communicating, and delivering training, to focus my efforts on eLearning. So, my vision for eLearning development at eLearningNow is to leverage both Adobe Captivate and my history of change with Oracle to help you anticipate the road ahead and provide the necessary targeted support for today's end-users and those you may acquire in the future.
