An open solar energy generation data project with initial focus on verifying and publishing data from the more than seven million solar energy generators, all run globally on an open blockchain—a public tool to monitor solar energy: globally, and in real-time. ElectriCChain is the backbone of SolarCoin—the world's greenest currency, the largest environmental monitoring experiment, and the largest private renewable energy project in the world. We're watching the skies around the clock, posting live data to a single verified global blockchain for scientists, for researchers and for human progress. ElectriCChain dynamically posts live solar production data to a single blockchain as Standard Communications Protocol for the Solar Industry. ElectriCChain helps government institutions, the solar industry, and prosumers deliver cheap and clean solar energy for future generations.ElectriCChain supports the development of open standards and tools to publish and read solar electricity generation data using the SolarCoin blockchain and other verified blockchain technologies. ElectriCChain numbers more than seven million global solar monitoring facilities—set to grow to more than 200M around the globe within the next decade.
