Electrify Canada is a partnership formed by Electrify America in cooperation with Volkswagen Group Canada, that will build transformative, ultra-fast electric vehicle (EV) direct current (DC) charging infrastructure to give Canadians the speed and reliability they need to confidently make the switch to electric vehicles. Electrify Canada's goal is to promote greater Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) adoption by offering an ultrafast and convenient charging network. This will fuel today's EVs, as well the rapid growth in EV models expected from many car companies between now and the early 2020s. The deployment of revolutionary DC 350kW Fast Chargers means that depending on the vehicle's capabilities, EV drivers may be able to fast-charge in as little as 20 minutes.* With convenient, reliable and fast-turnaround charging, Electrify Canada is taking steps to support electricity as the fuel of the future.* Up to an 80% charge.
