The Additive Technology of ELECTROFORMING extends designer's limits. With its awareness, the phrase "CAN'T BE MANUFACTURED" will be less frequent for you.The Electroforming uses the electrolysis for copper or nickel deposition on a model. The thickness of the deposited layer can vary between a few micrometers and a few tens of millimeters. After the removal from a model, the layer constitutes a part by itself. The atom-by-atom deposition allows very accurate surface reproduction. Hence, inaccessible inner surfaces with the demand of high accuracy or 2D micro-parts can be manufactured.
