Electrotap is a collaborative environment for pooling resources to carry out innovative research, design, development, and production. Originally founded as a vehicle for the commercialization of sensor and sensor interface research and development, Electrotap now focuses on consulting projects for select individuals and institutions. Usually, this means we take on really weird problems.Products we've worked on in the past include Tap.Tools (software plug-ins for Cycling '74 Max/MSP, developed and distributed for over 11 years), the Teabox (high-resolution sensor interface), and the Hemisphere loudspeaker.
