Element helps people and their organisations distil and cultivate the elements in themselves that count.After working for nearly 20 years with BHP, Orica, Veolia and Transdev in various senior people, culture and change roles internationally, founder Donna Thibault launched Element to offer a unique consulting contribution: interweaving the individual and collective experience to help people belong and develop; integrating culture, strategy, purpose and context to create greater meaning; and inspiring people to create and collaborate. Our aspiration is to help leaders and organisations step more fully into the positive role they are called to play for people and the planet.
