All are roasted fresh when you order them. All of our coffees are 100% Arabica Coffee including our 100% Rain Forest Alliance Arabica. The only varitietal we carry that's not Arabica is our Rwanda which is 100% Robusta Coffee. (seasonal)Coffee is such a huge part of our day to day and we felt so passionate about it that we wanted to share our favorites with everyone! Amanda was a barista for 12 years and also studied under and worked with a master roaster at a local roasterie.
