Elements community based socialReferrals can be initiated by calling our office:Call (905) 393-5724 and speak with one of our Clinical Service Coordinators.Our Clinical Service Coordinators are behavioural specialists (often behavioural therapists by training) with extensive theoretical and practical knowledge. We will review your current needs and make arrangements to meet with you to discuss how we can be helpful.
