During his 30 years working career, Nishant never came across a single recruitment firm that could give him the comfort of understanding the requirement of the business or even to shortlist profiles that matched the requirement. It is this gap, which prompted Nishant to set up ELEVATE GROUPE. Nishant is passionate, constantly innovating, searching for answers and have been a mother to many Start-Ups : Distribution business of Electronic Security Products for Honeywell Security, ADI Global distribution as Country Head & Director for ADI India. Other Start-Ups include distribution of Leica Geosystems and ShinEtsu Silicones in the Indian market. Nishant has played an active role in ensuring Company Turnaround in Formica and Premier.
