Client Centric Services:• Presenting event designs, concepts, & research to clients both in tactile forms (sketches, watercolors, collage, photos, swatches, music, video, etc.) & in digital form (PowerPoint presentations, AutoCAD layouts, etc.)• Advising clients on best practices & advantageous options for event needs & supplier sourcing in accordance with the client's budget & the client's overall event objectives and goals, always taking into consideration maximum cost savings without compromising the quality or integrity of the attendees experience.• Sourcing & managing creative and technical teams including, designers, writers, scenic/staging, lighting, audio, make-up, hair, media content developers, event managers/staff, caterers, security, IATSE, etc., to develop and execute the producer's/client's artistic vision & message for the event.• Sourcing appropriate talent & negotiating equitable talent buy package/technical rider/hospitality rider terms through extensive knowledge of entertainment booking policy practices on behalf of clients.• Leveraging & influencing supplier pricing by employing first hand intimate "Insider" knowledge of event venues, venue management, hotel properties, catering, & event supplier practices, policies, language, & "Industry Insider" discounted pricing arrangements.• Tracking, approving, reconciling, & archiving all event expenses & documents, as well as, analyzing event cost/benefit ratios in multiple categories including messaging, branding, delivery, execution, & finances.
