Elgar Byrne Infrastructure Finance LLP is an independent financial advisory firm which specialises in arranging and structuring infrastructure finance transactions. The firm was founded by Edward Elgar and Paul Byrne in 2006 and is based in the City of London. We work on infrastructure projects in the UK, Europe and overseas and have now successfully completed 35 transactions as financial advisor. We have arranged funding and provided independent and innovative advice on a wide range of projects, which has enabled the building of schools, hospitals, community health facilities, emergency services infrastructure, social housing and Ministry of Defence facilities. Elgar Byrne is very active in the financing of environmental infrastructure including biomass, on shore wind and solar where we have provided financial advice on a number of transactions.
