Elgin Business Resource Centre (EBRC) is a community-driven, non-profit organization overseen by a Board of Directors who diversely represents the population of Elgin County. The Elgin Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC), Self Employment Benefits program (SEB) and Innovation Centre for Entrepreneurs (ICE) all work collaboratively to deliver a broad suite of business development services to our community. EBRC is staffed by business professionals who encourage entrepreneurship and the pursuit of economic opportunities.EBRC receives program funding through the Federal Economic Development Agency/Southern Ontario (FedDev), Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities, County of Elgin and St. Thomas Economic Development Corporation.EBRC has been federally incorporated as Elgin Community Futures Development Corporation since 1986.
