Elina works to empower children with Special Education needs. We collaborate with professionals in the field of inclusion and disability to provide personalised intervention services. We champion inclusion in learning environments to change mindsets which are barriers to the realisation of a child's potential.Elina was born as a concept of inclusion and incubated in HLC International, an Ashoka Changemaker School in Chennai. It has been nurtured by the team of teachers at HLC with the support of management since 2010. Through this journey, we have been able to identify, work with and eventually conclude through research on a few practices that enable an equitable learning space.Our best practices are being recognised in various forums in Chennai and other places including the Delhi Government and Bhutan Government.
