The studio offers small group classes as well as private and semi-private lessons on the Pilates Apparatus. All classes are designed to be both personal and challenging. Clients receive individual attention as they learn Pilates the classical way, Joseph Pilates' original exercises and intentions. Suzanne concentrates on technique and flow as well as appropriate and clear cueing to help clients improve their core strength, flexibility, and overall stamina while getting an invigorating, fun workout.
