Semicolonial structure of masonry walls and bricks, tile roofs, marble floors in the front and windows facing the street. The second part of the most modern house has concrete ceilings and on it is a second level where there is a room and third level with a large terrace for sunbathing. It has a spacious hall, guest room with television and period furniture, an interior corridor with access to a large garden without roofing where tropical plants grow with small birds, and furniture for reading, resting, 5 bedrooms 2 of them comfortable rooms 1 doubles and one triple available for rent airy, with windows to the garden, private indoor bathroom with hot and cold water all day, amenites, weather, fan, Minibar, with access to the patio, hangers, sheets and towels included.
