The entrepreneurship projects promoted enclose beautiful stories and authentic values which can bring a certain change in the business field they represent.The ELITE initiative emerged in 2014 with the launch of Female Leadership Organisation (floleaders.org) by Bianca Corau, in partnership with Le Roi Bear, South Africa.A year later, Bianca Tudor sets a new direction for Female Leadership Organisation in Romania, which becomes ELITE Business Women.A decision that came naturally as a result of Bianca's involvement in the area of business, both nationally and internationally, over the past two years.The aim of this community is to make profitable businesses TOGETHER, to create partnerships and to train and increase the know-how and experience of ELITE members through our Entrepreneurship Workshops.The project is about powerful business women who want to take one step further and leave a visible trace in their field of work.
