This group aims to use the extensive experience from the Elite Trainers. Can we learn from their mistakes so we can develop quicker? The courses give you the "Why and The How" tools to help you take back to your organisation. Simply a must for any aspiring managers.The format is 12 months and 12 courses. Each course will have pre-work needed; this will be found on the online learning centre, then they will participate in a course with some of the industry finest leaders. Once the course is completed, there will be tools and templates to complete post-course to ensure learning transfer; again its will be uploaded added to the online learning system for marking and advice. The course aims to set up an Alumni of some of the best talents in the leisure industry, where Groups will share the best practice going forwards. Over the coming months, we will show full breakdowns of the courses, the content and the Leaders.
