We offer workshops including Postural Analysis, Ergonomics and Posture, as well as a range of classes including power pilates, flex & flow, barre and classical pilates. We are on a mission to bring wellness to your workspace, or if you prefer to workout outside of the office we offer excellent corporate rates in studio.
