At Elite S.A.F.E. Training we can give you those skills in a matter of a few simple hours. No matter what your physical abilities are, we have the training to help you keep yourself and your family safe. Our seminars are designed to offer easy and effective information that can be retained after a short class. The information taught uses everyday motions in self-defense situation. Because of this the movements don't require any special skills or practice in order to retain the information. There are lectures in each seminar that are designed to help keep you safe and hopefully avoid a situation before it has a chance to go hand to hand situation.
