SiS Design - We get involved from concept to commissioning - complete SiS Lifecycle from preparing initial ITT (Invitation to Tender) documentations, to technical bid evaluation, vendor selection, issuing key SiS deliverables, specification, managing SiS Vendor to witnessing FAT and Site Commissionig activities. During the Detailed Engineering phase we oversee Control System Vendor modifications, system build, documentation review, specification, track progress, ensure that the project is progressing on schedule, highlight any changes, or out of scope events and ensure that Safety and Industrial standards are strictly adhered to.
