Founded in 1987 as a grass-roots effort to support Elk Grove's youth, the Elk Grove Regional Scholarship Foundation has grown significantly in its vision of support for the community it serves. Since its beginning, the Elk Grove Regional Scholarship Foundation has generated, managed, endowed, and distributed post-secondary scholarships to the area's youth. While continuing to expand that primary function in terms of size of scholarships as well as the numbers of students assisted, the Foundation is at a turning point in looking toward expansion into other areas of support to our community.
