Empowering Lady Leaders of the Americas is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and children throughout the Americas. Our mission is to empower women and children, guided by the following three ELLA principles: Service: We believe the first step in the process of empowerment is through service. Creating a movement through service projects that would meet the immediate needs of those in need allows leaders to emerge in the community through the act of giving. Education: Providing educational programs to women and children in order to give them the opportunity to learn and perfect the skills needed to define their own success. Community: Through service and education we aim to create long lasting ties between those working with ELLA and those ELLA is working for, instilling a commitment to community and inspiring those who have been helped to pass it on. Ultimately, we would like to create a network of lady leaders who empower themselves through empowering others.
