Through a custom blend of coaching, cycle awareness, mindfulness, and embodiment, I will accompany you on a journey home to your most powerful treasure, your relationship to yourself.I serve the world through Divine Feminine coaching, rooted in a radical self-love that shamelessly pursues rest, pleasure, & community. This brand of self-love embraces love of Mama Earth and all beings everywhere. It understands that these loves are not separate, and centers social and environmental justice. Shame culture (white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism) especially teaches women and non-binary folk to disbelieve our worthiness and be ashamed of our bodies and desires. This early wounding sets us up for a lifetime of self-rejection and disconnection. When we heal our relationship to Self, we can claim our desires fully because we know they are our birth right. When we heal our relationship to Community, we can shift culture on a grander scale.Now I help folks just like you find their way home to that still, small voice that continued to whisper in their ear - just as it did in mine -"You are enough and then some.
