CrossFit PCR uses a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a level of fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. We use elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting and kettlebell training in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. At CrossFit PCR, we teach functional movement patterns, movements that you find in real life (pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting). We believe that everyone can benefit from this kind of training. Becoming a member at CrossFit PCR is a lot more than just finding a place to work out. Our members take pride in what they do.
