We offer bespoke leasehold property management services across all forms of residential leasehold buildings, from the traditional ‘block' to listed conversions.ELM Group also provides assistance with individual requirements, such as Right To Manage and Resident Management Companies. As an ethical organisation, it does not accept commission of any type and guarantees transparency of service at all times.Services and fees are tailored individually to each estate that ELM Group manages, with a one-off fee and no extra charges.
