EL-MOBADRA is an independent accountable NGO and a community leader has been established in 1998, in order to act in response to the needs of Microfinance and the SME sector in Egypt. Moreover, assist the Social Fund for Development (SFD) in replicating the Small Enterprise Development in Upper Egypt Project (SMEDUP) experience in Egypt. This project has been established in 1996 according to the agreement between the Governments of Egypt (GOE) and Canada, represented by the Social Fund for Development (SFD) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) respectively.El-MOBADARA management approach includes development and implementation of policies, procedures tools necessary to ensure effective management of project resources and attainment of result with an emphasis on supporting the development of partners NGOs and branch offices staff and ensuring full mainstreaming of gender equality principles. El-MOBADARA has an effective and efficient fund management systems, micro finance detailed procedures manuals, automated loan trackers and efficient internal and external control systems.Capacity DevelopmentCapacity Development is an integral part of EL-Mobadara's activities aims at enhancing performance capacity of associates, partners and NGOs. EL-Mobadra specializes in capacity building of Egyptian NGOs to provide business consulting services, entrepreneurship-related activities and linkages to finance and jobs creation.
