Call me a perfectionist or have an eye for details or simply particular about my experience with a brand. Wait, I'm not just talking about products, but it also includes services and with how things are being designed for our usage, thus the experience. It is every touch point that a customer has with the brand and I enjoy understanding the current experience and be able to influence the change for a better experience. Sometimes I call myself a curator of small businesses where I am able to design the ingredients that goes into a great brand and other times I'm simply a project manager that manages a diverse portfolio of projects in brand management, marketing and communications.I advocate great designs which really just means a product or service characterised by a deep understanding of the user, creative resolution of any bad experiences. This also includes collaborative prototyping and continuous modification and enhancement of ideas and solutions to achieve your best.Passionately believes that Great design improves the quality of life.I collaborate with multi-disciplinary creatives to help you design that something different; this will involve market research to find out how the brand is doing or searching for practical market opportunities; taking a brand strategy and transforming dreams into reality that inspires and create your unique brand/customer experience.
