Our rooms are on 2 levels, so should you require a ground floor room, please specify this at the time of booking or prior to arrival. Smoking is not permitted in our rooms. We offer a non-smoking block, near the front of the property. Smoking is permitted outside the rooms in our back block or designated smoking areas.
