Hello, nice to meet you! I'm Elyse Richardson, long time marketing advocate, big time leadership and business coaching advocate.Business to me is kind of like a great dinner party. There are people there to consume the food, people providing the food, a nice environment and hopefully, some interesting conversation. I have always believed in the value of good marketing and communications, because that's what helps to create that nice environment and interesting conversation with your ‘consumers'. That's the difference between a great dinner party and checking your watch every fifteen minutes to see when you can go home.Creatively engaging people is what I'm good at. I've been lucky enough to engage some incredibly interesting and interested people in my time, while working as the Communications Executive for companies like Trade Secret and Calvin Klein Underwear.Then a few years ago while I was working as a Marketing Manger for a smaller family owned business, I was given the opportunity to work with a Leadership Coach. As someone who believes there's always room to improve and hone your skills, I jumped at the chance.That's when I realized what was really the most critical part of any good dinner party, the host. When as a leader you have a vision for what kind of business you want to run, what kind of experience your staff and customers are going to have and you're there to guide the business on that journey, that's when success is no longer left up to chance and becomes a certainty.I've always loved helping businesses grow through marketing and communications. Now I combine those same passions with leadership development and training to help businesses and the people in them succeed and thrive.
