With each member of the founders having worked over 30 years in Shipbuilding and Repair they noticed a glaring need for stability and quality among shipyard crews. Believing that new management specialties (recruiting, management, labor relations) are needed to stay competitive in the industry, EM Contracting set up a company that has a goal of hiring and placing the best personnel and keeping them in the field for long term projects.
