Many individuals search for a healthier lifestyle. We search for tips online, watch countless videos and at times invest in someone or something to help us achieve those goals. What is almost always neglected is both the educational and injury prevention portion, which is critical for longevity in the fitness industry.That is my take, I train my clients to both meet their goals and learn simultaneously. I really dissect every program and make it unique to each and every individual; training is not a cookie cutter method where once size fits all.
