The Email Raptor is a tool to help you gain control of your email inbox and save you time and frustration. Are you tired of deleting the same emails over and over again? Teach the Raptor which emails you do not want... by domain or by email address. The Raptor will scan your mailbox and action the emails you have defined. You can choose to Delete emails immediately or after 2 days, 7 days, 14 days.. you can even move emails to folders. The Raptor can also scan you Trash folder and purge the Trash or delete items based on special rules specifically for the Trash folder.The Raptor was born from my own experience. My 20+ year Yahoo account had 130,000 emails. I was spending hours a week searching domains, tagging emails, and deleting them. And the emails would keep coming. Finally, I created the Raptor. I would enter the domains and email addresses that I wanted deleted. The Raptor runs full scans about twice a day, and quick modes (to check for new message) throughout the day to purge these emails. Then I would find sales/marketing emails that I did not want to delete immediately because I may or may not want to see them... either way, if they were still there after 7 days, they should be gone. I expanded the rules to allow for deletions after 2, 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days.
