EMB Real Estate and Investment Advisory in Portugal was born to help foreigners navigate the Portuguese market. We go beyond just selling properties, as our sister company Portugal Relocation, accompanies our clients from prior to purchase, to the necessary documentation to get started, visas, and follow up services like utilities and registration of the NHR regime. It is central to our philosophy as a company to "translate" Portugal to foreigners to make sure they understand how it functions in the area of real estate and investment versus their home country and that they have the most fair and efficient experience when investing here. Our team is made up of Americans and other foreigners that have lived in Portugal for over a decade, along with Portuguese natives, from a variety of backgrounds (legal, architecture, sales, etc.).
