' Emelia's the Saucy Australian ' began in the modest kitchen of our garage, we had one pot and a spoon, but we, being my husband and I had a vision and a dream. Ron and I visited every small town throughout Australia taking five years to spread the word and get our products out across Australia. Its now been fifteen years but here we are today located in 2500 stores. We produce 49 different types of sauces chutneys and relishes that are preservative free, gluten free and totally natural. Last year we also launched our slow cooked take home food range which has been a great success. People have been enjoying our pate, casseroles, soups, lasagnas and assortment of pies and pasties. We are Australia's leading pickled onion producer, making in excess of 100 tons of picked onion each year. With the title of the most awarded condiment maker in Australia and countless gold medals from the Australian Fine Food awards, including Australia's best pickled onion we know we are producing something that is special and unique.
