Pay is 100% productivity based with bonuses for Patient Satisfaction and Operational Metrics. We have a customized and flexible scheduling system for our Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians. All physicians are equal members with NO Seniority system, and new physicians enter the group with the same pay rate, the same scheduling advantages, and the same level of voting privileges.
