Principals Drs. Ben Bassin and Cemal Sozener are board certified emergency physicians with an active clinical practice at the University of Michigan Department of Emergency Medicine. Additionally, they possess extensive training and expertise in administrative department management, process optimization and lean facility design consulting. They both are lean healthcare certified and are among the few physicians in the U.S. to hold the Evidence-based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC) from the Center for Healthcare Design.
